Australia | Adrenaline & Fitness Junkie heaven

Most Australians are represented to the world as adrenaline junkies who like to surf all day or go sky diving. In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with having this label; and there’s a good reason why this stereotype lives on. For instance, some people enjoy their morning coffee; I enjoy my morning waves. Regular fitness (and workout regimes) is just a part of my lifestyle, and Sydney has a lot to offer to extreme sports lovers. Skydiving, mountain climbing, and surfing are just some of my favorite activities that my home country has to offer to any fitness or adrenaline junkie.


Skydiving is one of those activities that you just can’t miss out on, especially if you want to enjoy your daily dose of adrenaline. I have enjoyed sky diving since my teenage years, and 10 years later, I still practice this on a regular basis. There’s no better feeling than experiencing that free fall. I must admit that mountain climbing is definitely one of my favorite activities to practice. With a variety of different mountain and rock formations all over the country, you mustn’t miss out on the chance to experience the true feeling of freedom. If you are searching for a great physical and mental workout, this is one of the best activities. This activity requires you to mentally prepare yourself, because the mind keeps the body moving. Even when your body thinks that it physically can’t go any further, a positive thinking mind can keep you going.
